Services Provided

At Austin Center for Child Psychology we offer a variety of services to fit your family's needs.  We believe that children do not exist in a vacuum. The well-being of everyone in a family rests on the well-being of each individual person. That is why we offer offer help for both children and parents.

At ACCP, we want all children to thrive and succeed. In most children's lives there are times when being a kid and growing up is just plain hard. For children struggling with typical developmental issues AND for children struggling with social, school, or family problems, childhood can bring with it both extreme fun and extreme uncertainty. For children, we offer individual and family therapy services, guidance, screening, and evaluation. We also offer school readiness evaluation and help families with school selection. Regardless of the service provided, we work hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere in which to help children learn skills to better manage their problems.

We know that parenthood can be full of intense highs and lows. All parents at some point reach out to others such as friends, family, and community members for support in best guiding their children. We strongly believe in the old adage, "It takes a village." At ACGC, we offer support for parents in the form of parent coaching and education and parent therapy. We also offer specialized support for expecting and new parents of infants and toddlers.
